It's a spacious workout facility with more than 40,000 square feet of space including an outstanding aquatics area of approximately 15,000 square feet.

Aquatic features include a five lane, 25-yard lap pool, diving well with 2/3 meter board, a leisure pool with fountains, sprays, bubblers, a small kids slide, a 140 foot water slide, lazy river and co-ed Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by a paying guest who is 13 years or older. This guest must actively supervise the child and may be required to wear appropriate swimwear.
Fitness programs are available in our spacious aerobics studio with a cushioned hardwood floor and sound system.
The fitness conditioning area has CYBEX Selectorized strength training stations, a Smith machine, bench press, squat rack, dumbbell weights up to 100 lbs., a weight assisted chin/dip machine, high/low - cable cross machine, abdominal/back benches, and cardiovascular equipment listed as follows: treadmills, steppers, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, rowers, and elliptical walkers. In 2005 we are replacing our current cardio theater system with a state of the art "personal viewing system". The patrons will be able to personally select their own channels (television or digital stereo) and options (television, digital stereo, CD, or DVD).
